BACKGROUND AND GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
Luke has 8 years of progressively responsible technical
and management experience in GIS Administration.
He has successfully managed programs as a GIS consultant,
GIS project manager, systems engineer and GIS strategic
planning and implementation project manager.
Luke possesses a fantastic blend of GIS and Information
Technology (IT) experience, which is truly required
today to assist clients in the integration of map
data into their GIS and then on to web based applications
for internal or external use.
Luke holds a B.S. in Geography with a minor in Regional
Planning from Grand Valley State University, Allendale,
Michigan. He has been certified by the GIS Certification
Institute (GISCI) as a GIS Professional (GISP).
He has also successfully completed numerous ESRI
certification training modules and CADD/GIS Technology
Center certification training in the Basic Implementation
of Spatial Data Standard (SDSFIE) Workshop and the
Introduction to Microsoft VS.NET Workshop.
